Sahin - Liverpool or Arsenal?
The
Real Madrid Midfielder from Turkey was heavily linked with a move on
loan to Liverpool, and some sources were even saying he was due to
complete the paperwork yesterday.
However,
if other sources are to be believed it would seem that Arsenal have
managed to make him reconsider and perhaps choose to join the Gunners
on loan instead.
It
would seem Arsenal want to know if their holding Midfielder Alex Song
is going to leave and join Barcelona before he makes his decision. If
he does, then they would require the services of Nuri Sahin.
Wenger
believes that because Arsenal will be participating in the UEFA
Champions League this season, and Liverpool are not, that he is more
likely to choose the London side.
